A few months back we postedYuck's excellent song "Daughter" which was a soft, cooing atmospheric piano jam. "Rubber" is not very much like that song. It is a fuzzy and dramatic seven minute epic that does not let up, utilizing feedback to the manipulate the song towards its many crescendos. At times, it feels like the instrumental moments of Death Cab's "Transatlanticism" which is not at all a bad thing.
