Pacific – Narcissus Trailer
Pacific! are from (where else?) Gothenburg, Sweden, which is home to likes of Air France. And like the latter band, Pacific! effortlessly blend synth soundscapes and childlike wonder into a momentous (though not always excited) set of songs. Alternating delicate orchestral and vocal moments into their electronic background, they recall aspects of many artists (Air, Daft Punk, Imogen Heap) and yet everything sounds so fresh. They will be releasing their second album on September 13th. From their myspace:

Listening to the album for the first time... It's certainly beautiful, but I long for the happier Pacific!
